Kreider Services, KSB Hospital, Lee County Special Education Association, Ogle County Educational Cooperative, Sinnissippi Centers, Easter Seals, Parent Mentor Project and the Lee County Health Department have been working on a plan to coordinate and improve services to families who have children with an ASD.

Funding for this survey has been provided through a Rural Health Network (RHN) Planning Grant from Health Resources Services Administration. The RHN grant covers four counties: Lee, Ogle, Carroll and Whiteside.
